The Wangle a new panning binocular that provides the benefits of wide field of view without the loss of image quality or the cost and bulk of quad based systems. The binocular can be used in two modes, standard and panning smoothly transitioning between the two modes, with a lock in panning mode to maintain system integrity. In standard mode the system provides the same rugged, compact and high quality binocular as the DTNVS Manual Gain. In panning mode the user can see an extra 75° in the horizontal axis. Effective FoV is 55° with 40° lenses and 65° with 50° lens.
