SolarCleano
Description
SolarCleano designs, develops and manufactures battery powered automated guided vehicles (AGVs) used in complex outdoor environments such as deserts. With centimetric precision, thanks to a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) and LIDARs, the platforms can serve in various outdoor missions, for e.g. scouting, transport and demining. At the end of 2023, more than 800 SolarCleano robots had been deployed to serve the solar industry in more than 90 countries on all continents. The company maintains its fleet of robots from its control centre in Luxembourg. Remote operation and maintenance of its robots has been developed to enable ease-of-use even in challenging environments that are difficult to access.
